Dana Vandecoevering
Dana manages the design, development and implementation of work/life programs for Intel worldwide. Dana focuses on flexibility solutions and childcare, eldercare and caregiving programs. Dana has increased her focus on LAR with the implementation of family-focused solutions. During her 23 year career at Intel, she has held positions in Corporate Communications, Public Affairs, Sales & Marketing and Human Resources. Dana is a recipient of the Intel Achievement Award, which is the highest honor bestowed on an Intel employee.
Dana is a member of the Linfield College Parent Leadership Council, the Alzheimer’s Association Eldercare Workplace Advisory Council and the Boston College Center for Work & Family Roundtable.
Dana served on the National Board of Directors and Foundation Board for Phi Sigma Sigma National Sorority. She currently serves as key chapter advisor at Linfield College, also her alma mater.
Dana resides in Forest Grove, Oregon with her husband Joe, and three boys, Taylor, Trevor and Tanner.
