Corporate Work Life Manager, Intel

Dana Vandecoevering manages the design, development and implementation of customized work/life programs for Intel worldwide. Dana focuses on flexibility solutions, voluntary benefits, childcare and eldercare programs and employees discounts. During her 22 year career at Intel, she has held positions in Corporate Communications, Public Affairs, Sales & Marketing and Human Resources.  Dana is a recipient of the Intel Achievement Award, which is the highest honor bestowed on an Intel employee.

Dana is a member of the Linfield College Parent Leadership Council, the Alzheimer’s Association Eldercare Workplace Advisory Council, the Washington County Community Action Childcare Advisory Committee and the Boston College Center for Work & Family Roundtable.

Dana served on the National Board of Directors and Foundation Board for Phi Sigma Sigma National Sorority. She currently serves as nominating committee chair and chapter advisor (18 years) at Linfield College (Oregon), also her alma mater.
