Dagmar holds a degree in Literature and Language, she also participate in the IESE Programa t Universuty of Navarra. Dagmar joined Avon in 1978 as a Finance Assistant. She later had the opportunity to work in different areas such as Quality Control, Communications and Supply Chain.

In 1993, she became Field Manager at Avon. In 2001 she worked at Sara Lee as Sales Vice President and was responsible for strategic sales plans, geographical market definition, commission policies and training for all levels of sales teams. In 2003, she returned back to Avon as Field Support Director.

Dagmar currently is Avon Sales Vice President.
