Consuelo Rodriguez is a Diversity Strategist within the Global Diversity & Inclusion group within Dell Inc. She is responsible for developing strategies for employee engagement across the company. In this role, she is the Global Program Manager for Dell’s Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s) and also partners with Dell’s Corporate and Latin America business units in furthering their diversity strategies.

Ms. Rodriguez led the recast of Dell’s ERG’s by creating a strong operational and strategic framework to facilitate the partnership across the ERG’s and Dell’s broader business. This focus has elevated the ERG’s in Dell’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy by increasing the Global ERG membership by over 80%. She has been with Dell for 15 years.

Ms. Rodriguez holds an undergraduate degree from the University of New Mexico and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is currently serving as the president of the Corporate Advisory Board to the National Society of Hispanic MBAs.
