Clarissa S. Felts
From November 2009 through September 2012, Clarissa was the initiative lead for the integrated workforce experience, she led a cross-functional team delivering collaborative technology, enterprise content management and seamless workspace to Lowe’s workforce. As the initiative was completed in September, she assumed responsibility for collaboration, diversity and inclusion.
Previously, she was responsible for internal communications and corporate events for more than 12 years holding the position of director before being promoted to vice president in February 2006. Prior to this, she also held leadership roles in Lowe’s investor relations and public relations for 12 years.
Felts joined Lowe’s in July 1981 in corporate accounting as a certified public accountant. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
