Claire L. Tse is renowned for her innovative instructional designs, executive coaching and facilitation of leadership, inclusion, and polarity mapping education to generate "above the line" mindset shifts. As Mobil Oil Corporation¹s first Asian woman marketing representative, she learned firsthand how leading with fairness facilitated mission accomplishment. Claire co-authored "The SOLVE Communication Method^TM: Working out of the Bamboo Box with Asian Pacific Americans and African, European, Hispanic, and Native Americans" [2009] with Dr. Joanne Yamauchi.

Her passion drives her advocacy for effective intercultural communication at all levels. Claire works with various senior leaders, supervisors, managers and individual contributors to build global Cultural Intelligence for stringer business relationships. 

Claire holds a BA, Psychology from Barnard College, Columbia University and an MGA from University of Maryland University College. Her clients range from public sector, private industry and academia; plus, span throughout the United States, Asia and England.
