Cindy Stutts
Cindy has over 20 years of experience with worksite wellness and occupational health services in a health care setting. She is responsible for programs and services for approximately 12,000 employees located across the Virginia market. Additional responsibilities also include Employee Health, Workers’ Compensation and the Employee Assistance Program.
Bon Secours’ wellness programs have been recognized as an Innovative Practice by the Metropolitan Richmond Chamber of Commerce, the Virginia Business Coalition on Health, the Wellness Councils of America, and the American Heart Association.
In 2011 and 2012, Cindy was instrumental in opening Bon Secours’ first two onsite employee clinics, “The Good Health Clinic” at St. Mary’s Hospital in Richmond and at Maryview Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA. This innovative approach to managing employee health risks has proved to be a win-win for our staff and the organization.
