Cindy R. Pace is a Senior Diversity Manager in the Worldwide Diversity and Inclusion Group at Pfizer Inc. In this role, she is responsible for the management and implementation of key enterprise diversity & talent initiatives. In laying the foundation for Pfizer's first global women’s initiative, Cindy designed and facilitated regional women’s leadership conferences and steering committees for Asia, Europe, Latin America, Africa, Middle East and North America. Also, Cindy launched the first career development training pilot for multicultural women at Pfizer, which was recognized as innovative by Working Mother’s 100 Best Companies list. In addition to her diversity & inclusion projects, she serves on communities of practice for Employer of Choice Branding, Career Management and Mentoring. In her spare time, she volunteers with Young Women's Leadership School in East Harlem and writes on Professional Savvy, her career blog for professional women.
