Cindy Martinangelo is Director of Global Work Environment for Merck & Co. Inc. She provides strategic direction on work/life integration programs including global culturally adopted initiatives fostering a positive work environment aligned to Merck's business strategy. To support Merck's commitment to flexibility, Cindy led the organization's launch of global flexible work arrangements, a strategic business tool to enhance employee commitment, productivity and innovation. She is also serves as the Diversity liaison to the Women's Global Constituency Group, which helps to drive the organization's business imperatives. Prior to joining Merck in March 2008, Cindy worked as a Human Resources Leader at The Linde Group, Siemens Corporation and AT&T where she offered thought leadership and consultation on a variety of Human Resources topics. With more than 20 years of experience in multiple industries, Cindy has built a wide range of global initiatives helping organizations support, develop, and retain their people.
