Christine Monzidelis, NY Cluster Human Resources Manager for Grant Thornton LLP, leads the Human Resources function for Grant Thornton’s 4 NY offices. Christine’s expertise lies in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation and Training and Development. Prior to her current role with Grant Thornton LLP, Christine spent time in the Recruiting function at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and in an HR Generalist role within a smaller CPA firm in the NY area. She has a broad background in initiating, developing, and implementing successful processes and procedures in all areas of HR. While at Grant Thornton, Christine has served as the Project Manager for the firm’s Work/Life Integration Task Force. Christine holds a Bachelor’s degree with a dual major in Education and Psychology.
