Christine Fossaceca joined JPMorgan Chase in 1988. During this time she has held an array of positions and her responsibilities have spanned across the human resources function including HR Business Partner, College Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Development. Currently, Christine is the Global Work-Life Director for JPMorgan Chase. Christine was responsible for the creation of the work-life strategy which includes developing a holistic and inclusive approach to dependant care and workplace flexibility strategy and ensuring that managers and employees have access to resources that meet both the business needs and individual needs. In addition, Christine’s team acts as a consulting resource to the lines of business on work-life issues.
Christine has a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management - Organizational Development from the New School for Social Research and a Bachelors Degree in Community Mental Health and Human Resources from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
