Chineta Davis is a retired Vice President and General Manager from Northrop Grumman Corporation and has recently started KVL Consulting providing corporate mentoring and STEM motivational focused public speaking with the intent to build and increase the STEM pipeline from primary school through college. Chineta has over 30 years of corporate experience (defense and commercial).

Being the first African American female appointed Vice President of an operating business unit as well as the first African American female appointed Vice President and General Manager of Operations in the Electronics Systems Sector, she was responsible for over 4000 employees across 32 campuses and the management for over $3.5B supply chain procurement in a $7.8B sector.

Always looking for ways to pay forward and to build the STEM pipeline Chineta is currently serving on the following organization and boards: National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Associated Black Charities and The University of Maryland Extension.
