Head of Enterprise Operational Risk and Control, Morgan Stanley

Cheryl is the Head of Enterprise Operational Risk and Control (EORC) for Morgan Stanley, in addition to her position as Head of Operations Risk & Control for Operations. The EORC function is responsible for coordinating all execution activities for the Operational Risk strategy across the front office and support functions. Cheryl is also a co-chair of the Morgan Stanley Working Parents Employee Networking Group.

Cheryl started her career at Morgan Stanley in the role of Managing Director, Global Head of Operations Risk & Control in December 2008. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Cheryl was at Deutsche Bank from November 1996 through December 2008. Her last two years at Deutsche Bank she was Managing Director and the Global Head of the Bank’s Reconciliation Utility. She also served as the Chief Operations Officer for Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. since 2003. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters in Finance.
