Catherine started her GE career in 1996 with GE Capital, as an Associate of the Global Leadership Development Program. She graduated with GE Consumer Finance and held successive regional and global commercial roles, taking on increasing responsibilities, before transitioning to B2B financing in 2004, when she was appointed Marketing Director for Corporate Financial Services in Europe.

Catherine joined GE Healthcare in 2005 as General Manager for Services & Solutions Marketing in EMEA. She was promoted to Chief Marketing Officer, Global Services in 2009. In 2010, she joined the Global X-Ray business as Chief Marketing Officer in Beijing, China and was subsequently appointed Chief Marketing Officer for Detection & Guidance Solutions, when the business was created in April 2012. Catherine is a graduate of EM Lyon, France, and earned her Master in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut, USA in 1995.
