Carol M. Lind, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, was appointed as General Counsel and Secretary of Northwestern Memorial HealthCare and Northwestern Memorial Hospital in June, 2007. In addition to her responsibilities as General Counsel, Ms. Lind provides leadership to priority initiatives with our campus partners and is involved in a variety of areas of strategic planning. Prior to joining NMH in 2006, Ms. Lind was a Partner in the Corporate and Securities Group of Sidley Austin LLP, focusing on corporate counseling and governance, mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings. She received her JD with honors from the University of Chicago in 1994 and her BA from Williams College in 1990.
