Brooks McCorcle, Senior Vice President-Investor Relations for AT&T, has leadership responsibility for all aspects of AT&T’s national and international investor relations program.  In this role, she directs financial communications for AT&T, represents the company, and maintains relationships with institutional investors and analysts across North America, Europe and Asia.  In addition, Brooks was recently named the #1 Investor Relations Professional in the Telecom Industry by Institutional Investor Magazine.  Over her 20 years tenure with AT&T and its predecessor companies, she’s held positions in mergers & acquisitions and finance, and executive positions in consumer marketing, customer care and sales. 

A native of Texas, Ms. McCorcle holds an MBA from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis and a BBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.  She has held community leadership positions with the American Diabetes Association and the Friends of the Dallas Public Library.  She also sits on the Investor Relations Executive Committee for The Conference Board and has served as a mentor in the Women of AT&T mentoring circle program for more than 10 years.

Ms. McCorcle lives in Fairview, Texas with her husband, Mick, and two boys, Graham and Sam.  She enjoys fly fishing, gardening and art collecting.
