Beverly Grant leads P&G’s US Grocery Channel business of +700 employees, $120MM budget, valued at over $8 Billion in sales. Joining P&G 24 years ago, Beverly secured positions of increasing responsibility: sales representative Beauty Care; operations manager Kroger Team; strategic planning leader Snacks, Beverages, Pet; and global Beauty/Feminine Care sales director. She was promoted to general manager in 2005 and vice president in 2008. Beverly serves on the FMI Advisory Board and the IAC and TPA committees at GMA. She is very active in her community and prides herself on giving back. Examples include: Executive Board, Montgomery Community Church; Board of Directors, Network of Executive Women; Big Brothers Big Sisters Cincinnati; Board of Directors, OneCity Foundation Cincinnati; and Board of Directors, Mercy Health Partners. She is a recognized leader with most recent accomplishments to include: 2010 YWCA Career Woman of Achievement Award, 2008 John E. Pepper Diversity Award and in 2007 chaired P&G’s first African-American Women’s Summit.
