Senior Director, Workplace Strategies, Marriott International

Betsy Kiss, WLCP, PHR, is Senior Director, Workplace Strategies, for Marriott International. She is responsible for leading the design, delivery and implementation of work-life effectiveness, multigenerational and diversity strategies, and workplace programs including women’s leadership, flexibility initiatives, dependent care, and others.

She joined Marriott International as an Internal Auditor, and has since held various positions in HR, including Talent Acquisition and Compensation. Prior to her current role, she was Area Director of HR for ~300 hotels.

Betsy holds an MBA from American University with a concentration in HR, and a BS degree in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University. She is on the steering committee for the Greater Washington Work-Life Network, and is a member of the Alliance for Work-Life Progress Strategy Board, the Sloan Center on Aging & Work Strategy Council, and the Boston College Center for Work and Family Roundtable. She lives in Maryland with her husband and two daughters.
