Betsy Kiss is Senior Director, Workplace Strategies, for Marriott International. In this position, she is responsible for leading the design, delivery and implementation of work-life effectiveness, multigenerational and diversity strategies, and workplace programs including women’s leadership, flexibility initiatives, dependent care, and others.

She joined Marriott International as an Internal Auditor, and has since held various positions in HR specialties, including Talent Acquisition and Compensation.  Prior to her current role, she was Area Director of HR for ~300 hotels.

Betsy holds an MBA from American University, with a concentration in Human Resources.  She earned a BS degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University. She is certified as a WLCP and a PHR, and is on the steering committee for the Greater Washington Work-Life Network.  She lives in Maryland with her husband and two daughters.
