Ansley Rivers is a Work Life Consultant for WellStar Health System, which operates five hospitals and employs over 11,000+ employees in the Atlanta area.  Ansley collaborates with leaders across the organization to help create a ‘Best Place to Work’ culture though phenomenal benefits and perks that enrich the lives of employees, helping them love where they work.  Her role has helped create a corporate culture where fun and camaraderie blend with innovative business strategies to help employees find success at work and at home. From managing an extensive discounts program, saving employee’s hard earned money - planning fun events for employees and their families - to overseeing a FREE Concierge Service, saving employee’s valuable time. 

Ansley has a Bachelors degree in Marketing from Georgia Southern University.  She has a passion for the less fortunate and volunteers her time with several organizations in Atlanta and abroad that support the homeless, orphans, and the working poor.
