Ann, a Registered Dietitian, has held positions within Sodexo as General Manager, Clinical Nutritional Manager, Human Resource Director, and Senior Director of Human Resources affording her an in-depth understanding of multiple aspects of the business.  She began her Sodexo career as a member of the Health Care team, where she remained for 25 years before transitioning to Schools in 2007. 

While in the Schools division, Ann was recognized within the Education Market as well as at the Sodexo NorAm level.  She was a two-time winner of the Spirit of Sodexo award, the corporation’s most prestigious award.  She also received the “HR Partner of the Year” award from the  Talent Acquisition team in recognition of her support of the Senior Leadership Team in developing strategy, positioning the division for growth, developing our people, and participating in the development of the Schools’ segment’s award-winning Virtual Summer Meeting during 2010 and 2011. She has been instrumental in supporting Sodexo’s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, and was responsible for developing the Student Well-Being Awards Program. 

Ann transitioned back to the Health Care Market in October 2011 as Vice President of Human Resources supporting the Hospitals East and Senior Living Divisions.  In October 2012 she was instrumental in the execution of the Health Care Market’s redesign, where she now supports the newly developed Northeast and Southeast Divisions.
