Andrea Ramsey is part of Ernst & Young’s Americas Inclusiveness Center of Excellence.  She works with the Americas Inclusiveness Officer to develop and implement the diversity and inclusiveness strategy.

Andrea joined E&Y more than 7 years ago as part of the Organizational Development group in the role of Inclusiveness & Flexibility Leader for the firm’s largest region, the Northeast.  Andrea worked with staff through management to build the firm’s inclusive culture through leadership development, change management, team effectiveness, coaching, pipeline development, communications, and community outreach.  Andrea also had responsibility for the Northeast Inclusiveness & Diversity Executive Council and the Northeast people resource networks.

Andrea has a B.A. in Psychology, and minors in Sociology, Women’s Studies and Africana Studies from New York University, and a M.A. in Organizational Psychology, from Columbia University’s Teachers’ College.
