Amy A. Titus, a Director at Deloitte, is part of the Human Capital, Organization and Talent team. She is responsible for leading learning, organization improvement and change efforts as well as providing thought leadership to clients predominately in financial services. At Deloitte she led Mass Career Customization (MCC)/Career-Life Fit and was instrumental in establishing Deloitte University. She joined Deloitte from BearingPoint where she was a Managing Director of Global Human Resources. Prior to BearingPoint, she worked for a start-up financial services consulting firm and led the learning, communications and change components of large systems transformation projects. Before this position, she worked for Citigroup in New York where she held a number of senior roles. The most recent one was with Citigroup International, a global business with 90,000 employees in over 85 countries, where she was responsible for staffing, leadership, development and diversity.   

Amy has written numerous articles and regularly speaks at meetings and conferences.  She holds a Masters Degree in Instructional Systems from the University of Minnesota and a Doctoral Degree in Adult Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.
