Amy Fry has 25 years experience in the areas of change management, public relations, employee engagement, marketing communications and government affairs.   She is recognized for her ability to lead change for multiple efforts, drive organizational effectiveness and influence outcomes through relationships and across boundaries.

Amy currently serves as Vice President, Public Affairs and Communications at Boehringer Ingelheim US(BI), the world’s largest independently owned pharmaceutical company.  She oversees all corporate communications and public relations, government affairs, and external affairs for the company in the United States.   She is past president and a current board member of the Boehringer Ingelheim Cares Foundation.  She leads Making More Health a BI global social business development initiative targeted at social business solutions to bring more health to underserved patients globally.  

She lives in Canton, Connecticut with her husband Maurice and four children.
