Alvenia Rhea Albright is President and CEO of Alvenia Rhea Albright and Associates, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in leadership coaching, organization relationship and partnership development. Dr. Albright is an international presenter, trainer and consultant with extensive experience in executive leadership growth & development, leadership principles for women executives, personal & professional communication growth strategy, professional image development and growth strategies. Her company works with international /national organizations, small governments, businesses and corporations to strengthen their leadership teams. In 2007 her firm was hired to develop and implement a major leadership capacity building initiative for the John S. & James L. Knight foundation grant recepients. In 2009, Albright was chosen by Ivy Tech College as training consultant for a seven county leadership development project in Indiana and executive board coach and consultant for the national black nurses association. She presently serves as: immediate past chair for leadership education for Asian Pacific’s (LEAP) in Los Angeles; chair of the corporate roundtable, for the National Dental Association in Washington, DC; founder & acting executive director of “Rhea of Hope Foundation,”providing mentors and funding for organizations that serve disadvantaged girls, launched in 2007.
