Adriana Giraldo is an Area Manager of Human Resources at Valassis, a global industry leader in Marketing and intelligent media delivery, headquartered in Livonia, Michigan.

Adriana possesses over 15 years of human resources and community relations experience. Adriana's expertise includes employee relations, talent management, training and development, and performance management.  Adriana is passionate about helping businesses make the most of their resources and talent and helping individuals succeed. In addition to her accomplishments in Human Resources, Adriana maintains active memberships with diverse organizations and has served in leadership positions in professional associations including Chair for the Hispanic Women's Network, Board Member for Meals on Wheels, Cassatta High School and 101 Houston Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.
