The Application
The new 2010 Working Mother Best Companies for Hourly Workers application was created in partnership with Corporate Voices for Working Families, a Washington, DC–based nonprofit membership organization. It includes more than 450 questions on workforce; benefits; training, development and advancement programs; child care; flexibility programs; paid time off; and more. It surveys the availability and usage of programs, as well as the accountability of managers who oversee them.

How to Apply
The online application for the 2011 Working Mother Best Companies for Hourly Workers will be available in July and due in October. To apply, you first must register at wmmsurveys.com. We invite applications from private or public firms in any industry, with the exception of government agencies and firms in the business of providing work-life services. Companies are eligible to apply if they have 500 or more U.S. employees; however, at least half of their U.S workforce must be nonexempt.
