Career and Life Coaching
Career and life coaching are focused one-on-one relationship tailored specifically on the client’s goals, interests, challenges and needs. An important principle in coaching is that clients are ultimately responsible for their actions. Clients become responsible for their career development and become aware of their possibilities for leadership growth. The coach serves as a facilitator, supporter, confidant or guide but does not “do the work” for the client. Coaches also maintain the strictest of confidentiality and hold clients accountable for their commitments.
