Julia Roberts is one of the most successful actresses in American film history—her movies have grossed over $2 billion collectively (she is the first woman to reach this milestone). Roberts also set a record when she was paid $25 million to star in Mona Lisa Smile in 2003 (just a slight raise from the $300,000 she was paid to appear in her first starring role in Pretty Woman). Roberts has made a conscious decision to slow down her career lately—she spends a lot of her time with her husband, Danny Moder, who she met on the set of The Mexican in 2000 and their three little ones, 5-year-old twins and a toddler. They divide their time between New York City and Taos, New Mexico. Look out for Roberts in Eat, Prey, Love, which is set to release in August 2010.
