Robin Bailey-Chen

Modern Working Mom

Workmom Blogger since:  December 2009

Children: Nicole, 12; Rachel, 6

As a working mother, I am: “Energetic. Hard working. Loving. Silly. Organized.”

Robin holds an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership and is a higher education administrator and adjunct faculty at Pepperdine University. She lives in suburban LA with her husband, a pre-teen, a six-year-old, a hamster, and a beta fish.

What’s her number one answer to “doing it all?”

“Be organized!” She also credits “a supportive husband, a sense of humor, and the belief that I don’t have to be the best, just the best that I can be.”

Case in point: One of her blog entries lists down the top 10 things she knows she’ll just laugh about later, like seeing her “makeup all over Barbie.”
