What indulgence do working mothers crave? A weekend away. That’s exactly what the Los Angeles–based firm’s Women’s Initiative has in the works—along with lunch seminars and leadership conferences—to encourage female attorneys and their clients to interact outside the office. Forward-thinking programs like these have helped link the firm’s women lawyers across its eight offices nationwide, and to boost efforts, the Women’s Initiative now has its own newly launched home area on the firm’s intranet.
