Last year, this Philadelphia-based firm launched a Women’s Initiative to further advance the skills, professional reputation and business-generating efforts of female attorneys at its 14 offices nationwide. Overseen by three partners and with its own budget, the Women’s Initiative focuses on key issues such as recruiting, mentoring and networking.
