1. Buy “family size” packages of chicken, turkey, fish or lean beef.

At one time on a few baking trays, coat some with seasoning, others with a sauce, some with dressing and some with minimal spices. Then use in soups, salads, stir frys and sandwiches.

Juggle strategically. Sure, try to accomplish A and B and C simultaneously, but don't do it all by yourself. Instead, cordless phone jewelry box get A to accomplish B, so you can take credit for C. For instance, I like to sit at the kitchen table and work on a laptop next to a child of mine doing algebra. While A does worksheets (and I write my newspaper column),moon watches tonneau shaped watch german watch she is being mothered by me. Also, I can change gears fast to Google the "quadratic equation" if A gets stuck. Child aces her math class, and I meet my deadline. Score two points for the working mom.

Great tips! I try not to eat much meat because of my cholesterol problem and I've been consulting with a nutritionist. I've pretty much stopped eating any junk food, though once in awhile I'll cheat. So I get enough of my fruit and vegetables, I've started juicing and bought my first juice machine.

I think eating at home is cheaper only when you are cooking for the whole family. Cooking for one or two person usually takes more effort and costs more than eating out.
