Prep/cook time: 15 minutes
4 ounces uncooked fettuccine
1 cup broccoli florets
¾ pound frozen cooked cleaned medium shrimp, thawed
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tub (10 ounces) Philadelphia Savory Lemon & Herb Cooking Crème
¼ cup milk
¼ cup chopped tomato
Cook pasta per package directions, omitting salt and adding broccoli during last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain; keep warm. Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook and stir shrimp and garlic 2 to 3 minutes, until shrimp are heated through. Add cooking crème and milk and cook and stir 2 minutes. Add pasta to shrimp mixture and toss gently. Sprinkle with tomatoes.
Tip: You can substitute ¾ pound skinless, boneless chicken cut into strips for the shrimp. Cook chicken and garlic 6 to 7 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
