There was no question that I was staying home with my baby girl when she was born. It was something I had always wanted to do and she brings so much joy to my life, I can't imagine missing a moment. At the same time, I do have career goals and ambition that I was not willing to abandon. I struggled trying to find that balance and a real opportunity from home.

If you have the same family/career type goals I do, I urge you to take those steps to make something happen. No matter what you choose there is a way to have it all. But, one thing I must stress is that it takes hard work, determination and remembering 'why' you must succeed. I feel so passionate about this because I have seen many find this balance, including myself and I think we all deserve it.
