Great Dinners Done in 30 Minutes

Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Move over, chicken nuggets. Top Texas chef and dad of three  Tim Love’s baked chicken fingers will be a big hit with your kids.

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

4 teaspoons Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 425F. Combine mayonnaise with cheese in a medium bowl. Arrange chicken on a baking sheet and evenly top with the mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

We love the out doors and love family time, this was an easy fit for us. The food is good and made the way you like it because you put it together. If you want to change something you can.
