Dress up
Get each child decked out with bunny ears, nose and tail. You can set up a DIY station with headbands and fabric cut into ears to attach with craft glue. Provide stick-on jewels and glitter glue to decorate with. The one with the most elaborate set of ears gets a 10-second egg-hunt advantage!

Hop to it
Have the kids stand in a line to get ready for the hunt. The goal is for them to hop to a finish line before they begin collecting the eggs. For extra fun, the one who reaches the finish line first gets an extra egg in her basket before starting to hunt.

Share a Story

Write parts of a storyline (from a biblical narrative or an Raster bunny tale) on 12 pieces of paper, number them, and place each inside a pull-apart plastic egg for the hunt. After the kids find the eggs and are sitting together, call out the numbers in order and have them read out loud what’s on their paper.
