San Diego Fresh Mex Burger

Southern California food is all about freshness, along with the influence of neighboring Mexico. To give burgers a coastal Mexican/Baja flair with an American accent, there's fresh cilantro and red onion slaw, squirted sour cream topped with avocado slices and a hit of fresh squeezed lime. Chipotle mayo and Pepperjack cheese add spicy zip.
