Work Life integration and optimization is a challenge for women leaders. Professional women have difficulty managing motherhood and a career. Many feel that they no longer have to work harder than men to secure leadership positions—however, they have to make greater personal sacrifices in order to succeed. These include time for themselves, time with their spouses and children, their ageing parents, their friends and other members of their family. Businesses,on the other hand, want to know what they can do to retain their professional women and advance their careers while they are having their families.
