Letitia “Tish” Long
Director,
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency
"Women leaders in the defense and intelligence communities should attend the 2013 leadership summit because it is a prime opportunity to network, share accomplishments, and set an example for those forging their own careers in service to the nation."
2013 Theme: Change Leadership and the Power of Influence
Increasing women in top leadership roles in the intelligence community is an issue of national security. The Center for Work-Life Policy and the Concours Group recently noted that unless we are prepared to incorporate our talented, educated women into our leadership structure in greater numbers, we risk facing a serious drop in the quality of our professional workforce. This leadership summit features exceptional speakers who share strategies and skills required to become change leaders. We invite you to join the influential women and men who continue to push towards a critical mass of women in senior levels of leadership. Participants will engage with their colleagues and mentors to create achievable and actionable change goals for themselves and their institutions.
Who Should Attend:
- Women in the intelligence community including:
- government agencies
- government contractors
- military
- law enforcement
- High-potential and high-achieving:

Why Participate:
- MEET colleagues and senior role models who have achieved success in national security careers;
- LEARN strategies to grow your expertise and expand your impact in this environment;
- UNDERSTAND the burning issues, rules of engagement and challenges facing this industry;
