Fortune 500 companies send executive and management women representing all races to gain insights and solutions that will support their from amazing role models and thought leaders. Prepare to be inspired on your own path to greatness.
We’re focused and ready for another high-impact, ground-breaking event!
This two-day national conference builds on our 8 year history of hosting and facilitating a national conversation about where race and gender meet in the workplace. This year, we tackle three essential elements for advancement as we workshop how to engage, influence and lead.
NEW THIS YEAR: We’ve re-structured the agenda with a fresh design to help us delve deeply into the issues and opportunities you told us were important
Day 1 focuses on key questions, issues and insights that impact the experiences of women of color in the workplace. Our Same Race and Cross Race Conversations foster opportunities to engage, collaborate, and think strategically about individual, collective, and organizational goals.
Day 2 channels the mission Engage. Influence. Lead to deliver a menu of skill-building sessions and Executive Coaching opportunities that will help you take ownership of your career, test real and imagined boundaries, further develop strengths, and bolster top leadership skills.
When you…
Engage – you fully commit and bring your whole self, values, ability, and passion to your career, your community, and your life.
Influence – you embrace the power you possess to impact outcomes and drive change.
Lead – you draw on the unique strength, skills, and perspectives you own to step forward and fashion a NEW way.
At the point where all three intersect – we witness real change.
ALSO NEW... Executive Coaching sessions
We are pleased to offer complimentary one-on-one consultations from leading executive coaches at this year’s Multicultural Women’s National Conference. We will be offering attendees the chance to meet with an executive coach for 25 minutes during the skill building sessions on July 20th. This is your opportunity to ask those burning questions that have been on your mind and finally get some help!
