Never have we needed women’s leadership more than we do in today’s economy.

To continue to hold America’s companies responsible, NAFE performs an annual study to reveal how women are doing. The NAFE Top Companies for Executive Women recognizes those American corporations that have moved women into top executive positions and created a culture that identifies, promotes and nurtures successful women.

Led by Dr. Betty Spence, the 2011 NAFE Top Companies for Executive Women Roundtable and Gala Awards Luncheon begins with the NAFE Roundtable, a high-level, invitation-only roundtable for representatives of winning companies. These executive women explore major barriers women face and strategies for success. The winning companies are then honored at the Gala Awards Luncheon. The program reveals data on the current state of women in business and features speakers addressing compelling issues relevant to the advancement of women. Previous speakers have included noted New York Times columnists Nicholas Kristof and Gail Collins.

Luncheon Panel: "Managing Success." Four senior executives discuss how they've defined their own success and achieved their goals. Panelists include the following: Vanessa Broadhurst, President, Tibotec Therapeutics, Johnson & Johnson; Cindy Davis, EVP, Membership, Marketing & E-Commerce, Sam’s Club, Walmart; Ann Oka, SVP Supply Chain, Sodexo; and Liz Smith, General Manager, Infrastructure Services, Global Technology Services, IBM.  Betty Spence, Ph.D. President, NAFE and Carol Evans, President, Working Mother Media, will moderate.
