Moms, I need your help!!

My husband and I are struggling with the decision to give our son a cell phone for his 11th birthday. We both have great arguments, but can't seem to make a decision one way or the other. That is where I need your help! Please let us know if you have, or haven't, given your child a cell phone, and how it has worked out thus far!
