The How I Met Your Mother star is expecting her second child with husband Alexis Denisof. The actress (and mom to 3-year-old daughter Satyana) opened up about the joys of motherhood. Of her favorite mommy moments with her daughter, Alyson said:

“There’s so many in a day. It’s hard to choose any of them, but they’re all so special. I love her perspective on life and I love getting to be a part of her world. She’s just such a sweet, sweet person and I love the things that come out of her mouth. She’s just so full of personality and so lovely. [Motherhood is] just the greatest thing ever!”

The Pretty Woman alum shared her inspirational story of raising her 16-year-old son, Mason, who has cerebral palsy, and creating a groundbreaking fully inclusive school for children of all abilities.

“I’m certainly most passionate about my son, education, literacy and opportunity for all kids,” Laura told Celebrity Baby Scoop. "Other than acting and mothering, I’ve been most focused on starting a school in the last decade and a half as well as a technology and literacy center. I really love to see kids learning and laughing together and struggling together. That’s really one of my passions.”
