Since my last post a lot has happened. I had major surgery, underwent cancer treatment, got divorced and opened 2 more business's. Whew, and that is all within 2 years. Through it all, I am in the best shape of my life. Fitter now than I was in my 20's but the beauty... wiser!

Between finishing things up at the office and battling rush hour traffic to pick up my baby before daycare closes, week nights around my house have been a little hectic. Some nights, trying to figure out what’s for dinner is a major stressor. In an effort to simplify life, I’ve been trying to figure out ways to make evenings at home easier for myself and I think I may have come up with something that works: On Sundays I make a weekly menu, shop for groceries and spend about an hour making a few main dishes for the week (sides are usually easy enough to whip up on weeknight
I love warehouse bulk stores. I could spend hours going up and down every aisle (I don’t have hours to spend there, and if I did have a few extra hours, I probably wouldn’t spend them there, but I digress…) Anyway, you never knew that you needed a box of cereal the size of a Smart Car until you’re looking at that box of cereal and the price per ounce and comparing it to the overpriced boxes at the grocery store. You do, you need that box of cereal, it’s such a good deal and your whole family will eat it every morning for breakfast.&nbs

I've got a chocolate hangover and I'm blissfully content. Who'd have thought that three basic ingredients could produce such delicious delirium.
