The other day I was shopping for groceries when a happy clerk wearing an elf hat stopped me and asked, “So what is Santa bringing you this year?” I looked up, took in the sea of red and green swimming around me, smiled, and paused.

Between having an extremely full plate at work due to my upcoming book launch and the intense demands of family life—I haven’t spent much time hanging mistletoe.

Today I want to share with you three ways to help you to turn around worry.

I talked yesterday with a dear friend about how we deal with fear. Some people go into overwhelm, some give up, and some escape in different ways. Do you recognize yourself in any of those responses?

There have been many crossroads in my life and it wasn’t always easy to live up to the expectations of my Soul. At each crossroad you have to stop and re-evaluate the script of your life. Start by asking yourself two questions:

*  Where am I going?

*  Is this path aligned with my Soul’s calling?

Family Pets – To Go or Not Go There?

I’ve always sworn that I wouldn’t get a dog. My kids have begged for one every day for as long as I can remember. They make a full-time job of it. My reasons for being immune to their pleas have been many:

  2. You agree.

Why it’s important:  Sooner than you think you won’t have a choice.  Your child will claim his right to take charge of his life.  Best to practice early:

No Excuses Workout

I totally get that fitting your workouts in is easily pushed aside for much more romantic notions, such as folding mountains of laundry or packing lunches in an assembly line fashion. But I have three words for you that won't let you make excuses any more - "Twelve Minute Madness!"

There's ABSOLUTELY NO REASON {ahem, excuse} that you could possibly give me that would make me think, "oh, this poor girl has no time to work out." That's right. NONE.
