Automatic Data Processing

It's a Fact!

Nine on-site medical centers help Automatic Data Processing keep employees healthy throughout the day.

What We Love

Wake up, get dressed, grab coffee, walk to desk. That's the extent of the daily commute for moms enrolled in this technology company's "homeshoring‚" program, which allows associates to work partially or entirely at home. Immediately popular with those looking to save on gas, meals and business suits–or just spend more time with their kids–the option has been adopted by 11% of associates since its launch two years ago, and interest keeps growing. Added to the number of those who casually telecommute, at least three quarters of the company's population was able to work offsite at some point last year. Plus, there's childcare support wherever they go, from two onsite centers in Alpharetta, GA, and at headquarters, which look after children 6 weeks to 12 years, to tuition discounts at a network of U.S. facilities.
