The perks, stuggles, and tips from a telecommuting mother who works 40+ a weeks from home while raising my 3 year old son. I have been working for the past 3 years at large and wonderful law firm that allows me to telecommute. It is very tough sometime to balance work and home when they are both in your home. Finding time for myself can be a sturggle. Finding the adult conversations i miss from working in a office. The joys of being there for all of my little guys firsts and all if his glorious tantrums. I feel I have done an excellent job raising my son. He is well mannered and extremely smart. He already reads, knows all of his shapes, colors, counting. I have lots of creative ideas to bring new and inventive ways of learning into the home.
