(www.melissaproductions.com), an author of seven children’s books and three self-help books, and a crazy busy mom of four active young children (9 year old boy, 8 year old boy/girl twins and a one year old), with my twin daughter recently diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes.

All children are creative, as are all adults. But how do you develop your child's creativity, self-awareness, and confidence. Simply help them further develop their senses. Each person has at  least one sense (seeing, hearing, feeling, smelling, tas ... Read more...
Kids love making things, getting dirty, and of course, eating! Below is a fun dessert crafty idea called "Ho Yum Yum Dessert." First, you'll need about 5 to 10 soup sized bowls to put the ingredients in. Paper bowls works great!< ... Read more...
Finding energy to do the things you'd like to do, or have to do, can be hard. Setting goals sometimes just doesn't kick the energy into gear. I've had many of those days where I wake up, get my three kids out the door for school, and I sit at my desk staring at my c ... Read more...
