Every successful person knows they cannot achieve greatness alone, that it takes support and encouragement from people surrounding you, the people you share your time with.
 
When someone accepts an award on stage do they simply say, “Thank you” without recognizing anyone else on their road to success??
 
Of course not!  If anything they go on and on about all the people who helped them achieve their great accomplishment.
 
When a coach puts a team out on the field he does not just pick the best players.  The starting team is a mix of talent, leadership ability and skill—carefully chosen to complement one another on and off the field.  These players are the best representation of the team, and share the same ultimate goal, success.
 
In order to be successful in our life and business we must chose our “players” very carefully, taking into consideration which team members will help us in achieving our ultimate goals.
